Terms & Conditions – jlbb Online Gaming Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jlbb platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the jlbb Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlbb ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the jlbb Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the jlbb Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law at the time of play.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from the jlbb Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of jlbb or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

jlbb reserves the right to request government-issued identity verification documents from any user at any time to confirm age and identity eligibility. Providing false information regarding age is a violation of Philippine law and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to appropriate regulatory authorities.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jlbb Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual through device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method cross-referencing, or other detection mechanisms, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended and all account balances may be permanently forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account information promptly if any details change. jlbb is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration information. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlbb account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not used for any other account or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available;
• Immediately notify jlbb if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
• Not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason.

jlbb will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security. All activity conducted through your jlbb account — whether authorized by you or not — will be presumed to have been conducted by you unless you have previously notified jlbb of a suspected compromise.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR's online gaming regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines, jlbb may require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawal requests, upon reaching specified cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity. Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jlbb accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits from accepted methods are generally credited to your jlbb account instantly. jlbb does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which jlbb accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from accounts registered to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and possible account suspension. This applies equally to deposits from company accounts, merchant accounts, or any non-personal payment source.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits ("same-source rule"), in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within one (1) to five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day for requests submitted during processing hours.

jlbb reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds, are flagged by automated monitoring systems, or relate to accounts with pending KYC requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jlbb are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable due to cross-border payment processing, are the responsibility of the Player.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jlbb may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, deducted from the account balance. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jlbb may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive programs to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a 20× wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before any portion of the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period specified in the promotion terms, typically seven (7) to thirty (30) days from issuance. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active on a jlbb account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: jlbb reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold related winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation — is detected.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jlbb Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game as published within the game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across all jlbb game categories:

• All bets placed on jlbb are final once confirmed. Bets may not be changed, amended, or cancelled after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by game rules (e.g., within the betting window in live casino games).
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or any error that causes a game round to be interrupted, jlbb will endeavor to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of interruption. If resolution is not possible, jlbb reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account.
• jlbb's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the review process described in Section 15 (Contact Information).
• Return-to-Player (RTP) figures published for slot games represent the theoretical long-term average return across millions of game rounds, not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Actual session results will vary.
• jlbb does not guarantee the availability of any specific game title at any time. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform at the discretion of jlbb or the game provider.

07 Responsible Gaming

jlbb is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented the following player protection tools, all of which are available directly from your jlbb account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your jlbb account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum tolerable loss amount per day, week, or month. Once reached, further real-money gameplay is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a defined period of continuous play. These reminders are designed to support awareness of time spent gaming.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications displaying your current session duration and net win/loss position during gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full account restriction for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). Self-exclusion is irreversible during the selected period. Players who have selected permanent self-exclusion will not have their accounts reinstated under any circumstances.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the jlbb Platform;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Accessing or attempting to access jlbb while under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with any part of the jlbb Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any jlbb game or platform feature;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or coordinated advantage play with other users;
• Using the jlbb Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates illegal activity under Philippine law;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the jlbb Platform;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, age-verification, or responsible gaming control on the Platform;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens jlbb staff or other users of the Platform.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

jlbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any policy referenced herein;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC or age verification within the specified timeframe;
• Account activity consistent with problem gambling indicators where jlbb determines suspension is in the Player's best interest;
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority;
• Discovery that eligibility requirements were not met at the time of registration;
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months with a zero account balance.

Upon account closure for cause, jlbb will assess any remaining balance in the account and, subject to completion of applicable verification, return legitimate funds to the original payment method used for deposit. Balances associated with bonus funds, winnings from prohibited conduct, or funds subject to regulatory hold will not be returned.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their jlbb account may do so at any time by contacting jlbb support or using the self-exclusion tools in the account dashboard. Voluntary closure requests that involve a positive account balance will be processed following applicable verification and withdrawal clearance.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlbb Platform — including but not limited to the jlbb brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and compiled data — is the proprietary intellectual property of jlbb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlbb Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jlbb content without prior written authorization from jlbb.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbb's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your jlbb account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlbb expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond jlbb's reasonable control;
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks;
• Gambling losses of any amount, including losses resulting from game outcomes, volatility, or your own betting decisions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jlbb's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jlbb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and constitutes an integral part of the agreement between you and jlbb. The Privacy Policy describes the types of data collected, the purposes of processing, your rights as a data subject under Philippine law, and the security measures in place to protect your personal information.

By registering on jlbb and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. For a full understanding of how jlbb handles your data, please review the Privacy Policy before registering.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute between jlbb and a Player that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue, inconvenient forum, or similar grounds.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jlbb reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by posting a notice on the jlbb Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via their account contact details. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the jlbb Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
