12 Children's Privacy and the 21+ Requirement
The jlbb Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR's online gaming regulations and Philippine law. jlbb does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during the account registration process and may be repeated as part of KYC verification.

Filing a Complaint with the NPC
